While working on my M.F.A., I was employed by the Department of Education at the University of Vermont (2001-2003). In my capacity as their on-site writer/editor, I edited a variety of federal reports, evaluations and academic articles related to Mentornet, an online mentoring community for women in engineering.

Some examples include: 2001 MentorNet Evaluation Report; Annual Report for an NSF grant supporting MentorNet; Annual Report for an EiF grant; NSF and TOP grant proposals; and articles accepted for publication in Mentoring & Tutoring and The Journal of Engineering Education.

In addition, I have edited multiple dissertations and engineering conference papers,as well as developing the content for MentorNet's online Training Tutorial, designed to facilitate mentoring relationships between professionals and students.
